Message There isnt much to go off from what you're posting but I'll try....

Has the pedal pressure changed? Is there a leak?
Hows the rod adjustment? If its adjusted too much one way or the other the clutch wont work.
When you're under the car does the clutch fork move?

I would work to try and figure out if something is mechanically broken in the trans like the pivot ball or fork or if there is a leak from the hard line, junction block, slave, master, ss line, banjo, or any connections and then bleed it til there the air is completely gone. Lastly make sure the pedal height is adjusted the right way.

Good luck
